AUTHOR'S POV

"Anish, come inside son" Vamika's mother welcomed him and made him sit on the couch

"Vamika is getting ready, she will be here within a few minutes" she said

"No it's fine aunty I will wait" Anish said

Vamika's mother smiled at him.

They both were taking. Vamika's mother was asking about his family, his work and about his life and Anish was answering all her questions

"What have you thought about marriage" okk an unexpected question this was what he thought

"No not yet aunty I think I am still not ready for it, I need some more time" he replied politely

"Oh ok beta you shouldn't hurry in such things take your time" she said

They were talking just when Vamika came downstairs and stood in front of them

"Vamika are you ready now shall we go" Anish asked her with a polite smile on hai face

"Yes I am always ready let's go" she replied excitedly and dragged Anish out of her house while holding his hand

ANISH'S POV

I told her mother that I was not ready for marriage yet but that wasn't the reason it was her daughter, the one who had been on my mind ever since we met and I know I can't even deny this now I am obsessed with her but her having a boyfriend that too that asshole, too bad, I wouldn't even accept a normal guy as her boyfriend.

After sometime she came downstairs standing in front of me looking divine, she was wearing a burgundy colour bodycon showing off her perfect curves, her hair open just like they should be 'free', that lipstick shade on her lips perfectly going with her brown skin, it's like her lips are calling me for a kiss, to smudge that lipstick off her lips and devour her until she begs for oxygen.

"Vamika are you ready shall we go" I asked her with a polite smile

"Yes I am always ready let's go" she held my wrist and dragged me out of her house I could hear her mother's scolding from behind but she didn't care she just dragged me out we reached my car

"Sorry for dragging you out but you know I am so excited I am going on a dinner after soo long that to not with my parents" she said in an excited voice

"You don't have to be sorry Vamika it's totally alright by the way let's get into the car otherwise we will be late" I told her

I opened the door for her she sat on the passenger seat and I was behind the wheel driving the car.

"So tell me when was the last time you went on a dinner with someone" I asked her

"Umm, I think 8 months ago I went to dinner with my parents" her voice came, blessing my ears, too sweet, too polite

"Why, didn't you have any dinner date with your boyfriend" I asked her

"No he never took me out, he is always so busy he doesn't have time for me, sometimes I think he isn't even serious about me you know in the morning when we were watching a movie he talked rudely to me it's like he got bored of me" she said in a sad tone and that asshole how could he talk to her like that

"Why are you guys still together then when he doesn't have time for you, doesn't prioritize you, doesn't talk nicely to you then why are you wasting your time on him" I said

"You are right I feel like he doesn't want me anymore, I have been noticing it since a while now he goes somewhere at night and came late in the morning he doesn't answer my call or text, even in the afternoon he is not at his home not even in the office, but he told me that we are going to meet his parents tomorrow how can I"

"Doesn't matter if he is behaving like this it is not good maybe he is just fooling you around" I interrupted her in the middle

"Even Myra told me that but I didn't believe her but now it's too obvious, you know that day when I introduced him to you, he had been behaving like this from then only and now I think Myra was right what if he" she said slowly

"Look I know it might be hurtful for you but think practically, your relationship is not even of 1 year, it's just 6 months and he is already asking for marriage, it doesn't seem right Vamika" I told her seriously

"Why are you scaring me" she said almost crying

"Ok ok let's not talk about this but if you need any help or advice I am always there It doesn't matter what the situation is , you just have to call me I will be there in no time" I told her

Soon we reached the restaurant, I parked my car, we came out of it and entered the restaurant.

I already booked the whole restaurant so that no one can disturb us.

I made her sit on the chair and I settled myself soon the waiter came to take the order, we both ordered and the waiter went back
