ANISH'S POV

"Son when are you planning to get married"  here she starts again I already told her I am in no mood to marry right now I don't know why she keep insisting me

"Maa I don't want to marry right now how many times do I have to tell you this I still have many things to do in my life" I said being annoyed

"You are already 29 when will you marry after turning 50" Maa said mocking me

"Yes as soon as I turn 51 I will marry someone till then stop asking about marriage and now start eating everyone what are waiting for" I said, I can see Maa staring at me with disappointment on her face but I can't help it she is asking me the same question from past 4 years and it's kind of annoying now.

I finished my breakfast and was about to exit my house but she stopped me again "Return home early today Vamika is coming to our home today to meet everyone" Maa said

Why is she coming here, did they said something to her

"But what's my role in that she can come and meet you guys I have so many things to do in the office today it's hard to return home early today" I told her

"I don't care cancel all the meetings or whatever work you have just returned home early" Maa said I just nodded as I knew there was no point of arguing with her she won't listen to me.

VAMIKA'S POV

"Bro he wants me to meet his family" I told her excitedly.

Currently I am talking to my one and only friend Myra Chauhan. We are on a call right now she told me that she is returning back from New York tomorrow

"But it's too fast I mean you guys aren't even dating for so long it's just 6 months and he is already asking you to meet his parents" She said

"He said he wants to get married as soon as possible otherwise his parents will marry him with their friends daughter" I told her

"But it's too early for marriage and you are still 23 don't be so dumb what if he is just using you" the last sentence of her made me annoyed I mean how could she even think that, he is a nice guy he wants to marry me what's wrong with that.

"Myra how could you even say that you know I love him so much, he is not that type of guy he is so pure I don't think it's wrong to marry him if he himself is approaching me for marriage I should get married to him Myra I don't think I can find a guy like him again you are taking him in a wrong way" I told her in a strict tone, how could even say something like this about him, he can never use me for his benefit, he said he loves me.

"Fine as you say I won't argue with you but when are you going to meet his parents" She asked me

"On Sunday as I have no meeting on Sunday" I replied to her

"That's nice it's already wednesday not much days are left be prepared" she said in a teasing tone

"Vamika Come Downstairs" I heard my mother calling me I cut the call immediately and went downstairs

"Vamika can you do one of our work it's so important bacche" my mom said

"Yes mumma what's it tell me I will try my best" I said to her

"Oh it's not that hard you just have to give this box to Mrs. Shekhawat, I forgot to take it with me yesterday on the dinner" she told me

"Yaa why not I will do it I will in the evening to give it" I told my mom

"No go right now it's important to give this to her right now you can't give these things at night" my mom said and it was kinda suspicious but I ignored it and went to my room to change my clothes.

Vamika entered Shekhawat Mension and was greeted my Anish's mother, she welcomed her and make her sit on the couch and sat beside her

"How are you bacche" She asked Vamika

"I am fine aunty how are you" Vamika replied to her

"I am fine to tell what's going on in your life" She said to Vamika and they begin talking

Vamika's bond with Anish's mother is so pure that's the reason why she and Anish are friends she usually visit their house just to meet Anish's mother

They heard a sound of horn and Anish's mother said

"I think Anish is back home it's good you will meet him too" Vamika just smiled at her

"Good evening Maa" Anish said walking towards the couch.

"Good evening bacche look who came today Vamika you didn't greeted her" Anish looked at his mother with shocking expression. Why is she acting like this, as if she wasn't the one who strictly warned me to come home early as Vamika was about to visit today

"Hey Vamika how are you, you didn't told me were coming here I would have came early" Anish said to Vamika

"Oh it's fine, you are here now let's just talk now" Vamika said with a sweet smile on her face.

"Yes give me few minutes let me just change" Anish said to her

"So how are the things going with you" Anish asked Vamika

"It's going nicely the company is in profit, my studies are going well and you know about vansh" Vamika said excitedly

"Yeah what about him" Anish as in s neutral expression

"He told me to come over at his parents place on the upcoming sunday, he said his parents wants to meet me" Vamika said with joy and excitement

"That's nice btw where is his parents house I mean is it Delhi only or somewhere else" Anish asked her in a sweet tone that is too rare for everyone else but too common for her

"It's in Noida" Vamika replied and Anish just nodded his head

"By the way do you know we are thinking of getting married soon most probably within this year" Vamika said with a smile shocking the shit out of Anish, he just sat there on the couch silently not able to listen to any of the nest sentence said by her he just sat here staring blankly at the glass kept on the table
